Photo, note, voice memo, RFI, punch item — one tap each, gloves on. Works offline in the truck, syncs when you're back on wifi. Every capture is tied to the drawing sheet and the room, not a folder someone forgot to name.
An office view where nothing gets lost.
Every field capture, every drawing revision, every subcontractor question shows up in one running project record. You can see who saw what, who signed what, and what changed since yesterday. No more asking “did the field get the memo?”
A portfolio view for the person writing the check.
One page per project. Real dollars, real dates, real risk. The same numbers the PM sees — no separate “investor version” and “internal version” of the truth.

What it isn't
We looked at every option before building our own.
Here's why none of them worked for how we actually run projects.
It's not Procore-with-AI.
Procore is a great filing cabinet. But bolting a chatbot onto a filing cabinet doesn't make it think. We wanted software where the intelligence is baked into how the project runs, not sprinkled on top like a feature.
It's not another point tool.
Trunk Tools, ALICE, Document Crunch — they each do one thing well. But the actual job is running the whole project, not stitching together a schedule tool, a document tool, and a scheduling AI. Every hand-off is where information dies.
It's not “prompt-to-app” magic.
There's a new class of tools that say “just describe what you want and AI will build it.” That's a demo. Running a real project needs software that already understands construction — the sequence, the trades, the paperwork, the money. You don't want to prompt-engineer your way through a Tuesday.
The pilot
Built on real projects. With a real builder.
We didn't start this in a garage. We started it in a job trailer. Every feature came from a problem we hit on a Lariat Builders project — a missed RFI, a subcontractor who never got the memo, a drawing revision that cost a week. If it didn't earn its place in the field, it didn't ship.
Lariat Builders is our founding operating laboratory. Falabella II is the first project running end-to-end on the platform. When we're done proving it there, we open it to other builders like us.
